What this site collects, and what happens to it.
This notice covers heymerlin.ai, the website. It is written to be read, not to cover us. Last updated 11 September 2026.
What we collect
If you fill in the form, we receive what you type: your name, your business, an email address, roughly how many people work with you, and anything you add about what prompted you to get in touch. If you email hello@heymerlin.ai, we receive your email.
That's all. There is no account, no sign-up, and nothing collected that you didn't type.
Why
To reply, and to arrange the conversation you asked for. We don't add you to a list, and we don't send sequences. If the conversation goes nowhere, we delete what you sent.
Where it goes
- The form is handled by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and is delivered to us as an email.
- It lands in Coreshift's sales inbox and nowhere else. It stays there while we're talking, and we remove it when you ask or when the conversation ends.
- The form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may check your browser without asking you to solve anything.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Type on this site is served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads. Google logs those requests in the ordinary way.
The manager view
heymerlin.ai/dashboard is for signed-in managers of businesses working with Merlin. What Merlin holds about a team, and what a manager can and cannot see, is set out in the agreement with that business and explained to every person before they start. It is not covered by this notice.
Your rights
Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@heymerlin.ai and a person will answer. If you're not happy with how we handled it, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz can help.
